GENERAL

The total development will consists of 31 sectional title units on one, two or three levels. There are 12 different types of units, each with luxury finishes. Due to the fact that this is a sectional title development, levies will be payable after registration of transfer in name of the Purchaser and will include the following: Maintenance of the building on the outside, insurance on the building, water consumption on the common property, maintenance of the swimming pool, paving and rates and taxes. Pre-paid electricity metres are installed. However, every owner will be liable for his own water account.
